We may think we know exactly what to achieve, and what to do to achieve it, but do we really? Can we challenge ourselves to do even better, and master the complexity as efficiently as we can?
We’ll discuss and exercise some elements of the ‘Optimising Project Execution’ approach, like an estimation exercise to measure our optimism, and a planning exercise to challenge what you thought you’d have to do, to achieve what you thought you’d have to achieve.
You can prepare by writing down what you think you/your team have to achieve by the end of the week.
